Once the girl was handcuffed, it doesn't make sense to drag the poor girl all over the building. Surely the cop could have waited for a stretcher if the girl couldn't / wouldn't walk. stomping on her head? Pulling her by the hair? WTF?

She shouldn't be dragging that student. That police officer looked like she was waiting for another officer in the lobby to help her out. If two officers were needed, then she should have waited for the second officer to come up and meet her so they both could have carried the student down.
