I'm glad they unofficially tanked this year, they'll get a good player with the 4th pick. Can't wait to see them back in the playoff's next year.

In the words of Masai "play in for what ?"

Jalen Suggs, Gonzaga
Suggs is more polished than Green, but doesn’t have as much potential. I won’t be disappointed either way.
Webster also mentioned the trade value which will be worth monitoring. They seem to think that last year was an anomaly and can get back to contention so if the pick can get them a veteran difference maker, that pick might be moved.

This is a big fucking deal. They won't suck as bad again and be in this position, and moving up in the lottery is a rare feat. Take the best prospect, probably one of Jalen's and call it a day.

Looks like Green or Suggs. Suggs will be a great replacement for Lowry, if he leaves. We also have about $20 million in cap space to work with in free agency.
Raptors do have a good young core, just need a few more pieces.
Honestly, if we played in Toronto, we most likely would have made the playoffs. But then we wouldn't have ended up with the 4th pick.
