Some but not all people would recognize who this is, without the face.
I reduced the size of the face to 5%, saved it, (14x21 pixels), then enlarged it to 2000%, restoring it to the original size:

Of course it's Ron Jeremy. Some people would be able to tell from his hair, particularly his forehead hairline. I just found it interesting that his face can easily be recognized from a 14x21 pixel matrix.
