I wonder how many young guys know who this was. I am old, so I know. LOL.
She was actually before my time but I've seen some of her old movies and, of course, the Playboy pics, marriage to Joe Dimaggio and messing around with the Kennedy brothers.
She seem a bit tipsy singing that song but who cares about her singing. She is one of my 3 favourite icons from that era. The other two are Ava Gardner (what a woman) and Deborah Kerr (same last name as eddie).
Deborah Kerr --- I will never forget that beach scene for as long as I live.
I can assure you that were not related, sadly. I believe that pic is the famous scene from the movie From Here To Eternity with Burt Lancaster.
