it really is creating quite a stink over there. it's front page in Britain and India and now one of the major sponsors has pulled out of the show. the show has now recieved more complaints than any other show in the history of brit tv
and the funniest thing is the contestants are completly unaware of all the fuss being created.

I'll admit to knowing very little about the show. But if the contestants don’t know anything about all this, how is the press obtaining statements from Shilpa Shetty, or has she left the show?

One thing's for sure she's certainly knock dead gorgeous. Too bad more Indian women aren't as pretty (and there isn't as much of a cultural difference as there is) or I'd be on the next plane.

Shilpa has not made any statements to the press. the quotes from her were from a conversation with another contestant.
from what I understand the contestants are cut off from the outside world. no phones, tv, internet or newspapers allowed.

Actually I am from there. But since I been here for 3.8/5 my life I don't qualify as being from there or here. Guess which price I pay when I am in Latin America? THe middle price because I have an accent of latin that speaks english.
