The only escort I know well who did out of the way, was a lady who combined her escort with a bed and breaktast, and offered sex at night , and sex with breakfast.
She actually had clients come from all over the world to stay with he and she did quite well. I dont think a regualr biz would do well. Thunder bay, a uni town has had huge periods with no official local escorts.

At the very least you have to invite out of towers into keep things fresh and play a madam role at least some of the time.
Who knows however. Toronto became a boom town for years and its population at the time was smaller than many US cities.
Alberta because of the oil had many sp towns of very small size.
Assuming you advertized well, youd have a near monopoly.
Lol! That's exactly what I was thinking. :) The bed and breakfast idea, actually does sound very enticing and hot. Would love to do something like that, perhaps in the future. ;)

I've lived in the Orangeville area for 20+ years ...... and still do !!
Local legend had it that Elton John and his partner had a house just south of Caledon Village .... the same "Local legend" suggests that they've sold it.

This area resembles the dark side of the moon for available escorts ..... the now defunct Backpages used to have listing posted by travelling escorts .... and to be honest .... the "quality" was somewhat .... wanting.
Over the years I have noticed the odd incall set-up shop .... only to be closed down by the local morality police and do-good bylaw enforcement .... very quickly.
If one is discreet, I am sure there is a market to be tapped into.

So far as real estate pricing is concerned ..... being outside or on the edge of the GTA ..... you'll be getting a great deal more for your money than dollars spent downtown would buy .... and the further north you go the bigger bang for the buck you'll get ..... particularly north of Hwy 89.
Having clients make the trek to you, I wouldn't say is likely ..... However in the areas surrounding Orangeville you'll definitely find many many properties owned by wealthy Toronto executives and business types as weekend homes/cottages etc .... there's certainly "money" up here.

From your own perspective ..... Toronto is about an hour in the car away (outside of rush hour and long weekend traffic ..... over the years, I've known several higher-end escorts who have made their homes around here and did the commute themselves.

An uncommon type of post which I felt I should chip in on

Good luck .... and if you need any more intel ... please ask .... I'll happily tell what I can !!

SW

Thank you so much SW, that was very helpful and great information. I think I actually got to see the house where Elton John's husband use to be, absolutely beautiful. I think the biggest appeal for me was peace and quiet and open-air, especially with everything going on right now. However, It just might be too quiet. lol I will be sure to reach out if I have any more questions. Thanks so much for the offer! Take care.

Orangeville is a bedroom community of commuters, North Caledon is rich. I believe Elton John still has property in Caledon.

This is The Rocketman's latest purchase.

He did have a place built on Bloomington rd - its not the house in the video though. It’s much more grand and has an “old English” type courtyard between the house and the garage. His was completed a number of years ago.

You may want to consider living in say Orangeville or Stouffville or?? But keep work separate and in the North end of the city - Bramton or North Miss or Markham. Any smaller places and you will have to many busy bodies knowing your business. Keeping business at a condo or hotel is probably best for business:) and clients.

Hopefully with my face in a pussy
Personally I doubt it would work. Places on major highway corridors would get customers who are traveling through to other places on the route. Orangeville is halfway to nowhere and when you get there, well you're in Orangeville. Barrie, Orillia, Oshawa, Bowmanville, Cambridge, etc, might get more traffic. But I could be wrong. On the few occasions I've been in Orangeville I've often wished there was something to do other than drive back to Toronto.

I see escorts based in pretty much every city on the map
I often wonder if they do get clientele but they still post so

I think biggest issue is you command less $$$ up in those places

I think its regional, but who knows . Till about 4 years ago Toronto and Montreal provided the best prices in Canada overall.
Small towns outside Calgary used to be 4-6 times more expensive.
But yes, small incomes could lower price points. Certainly the alternative - to import a girl or travel might do the opposite. World wide Toronto is very expensive, you an get a full day for what you pay in Toronto but if you want something today that is the way it is. Its like buying a beer at a sports game. You have to wait or pay the extra.

Hello Everyone,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post and I'm a bit shy to ask......But I am thinking of moving to Orangeville and was just wondering, if it would be good for business?? Or is it too far away from everything to really have any clientele? All opinions would be greatly appreciated Thanks! :)
Orangeville is nice but probably a bit to far for potential clientele to travel. Have you considered Bolton? Probably considerably more expensive homes but much shorter distance to the GTA.

Looking good baby. Moving to Orangeville has a sort of sad country and western song ring about it.
Try this instead
Lol! Thanks hunnie, great song! ;)

Thank you so much Canada man and K Douglas!! Bolton and Oshawa, sound nice. I'll be sure to check them out. ;-) I've always been interested in Orillia as well, Boss Na, because of it being on the water. Looks like a beautiful, small "country feel" town.

Thank you so much everyone, for the ideas, suggestions and advice. :D You guys have been soo great!! I'm pleasantly surprised. lol : ) Thanks for taking it easy on me, on my first post in the lounge! . ;-)

Apart from Gordon Lightfoot being the Orillia Kid, nothing to thrill ya in Orillia. You would so regret it. They have a Wal-Mart, I believe it was, where old geezers park their Classic Cars with the hoods up for passers by to inspect, while the owners sit on folding camping chairs beside them on a summers evening. That's about it for excitement.
Actually, Beaverton is a nice little place. Conveniently straight up highway 48 less than an hour from Toronto. So you can get in and out to escape to or from quickly. And from my time spent there. Very appropriately named.
