Some do have expensive hourly rates. They probably deliver great service too, but it's more about the overall experience, just spending quality time with the lady. Sipping your glass of wine and all that shmaltzy stuff. However, $500/hr is not that high if you consider that many sp are charging $200 and up for a half-hour session.
The providers associated with OIC are top notch. Yes, the rates are much higher (unfortunately, often beyond my budget for an HR session, if they even offer an hour session since lately many start at a minimum 1.5 hour session - yikes). But you are essentially guaranteed a professional, top notch session with a very sexy woman who will ensure everything is smooth in terms of communication, you will get everything promised, it will be a lovely and discreet and clean location, and the provider will almost always be very hot. Think about trading off 3 mediocre encounters for 1 incredible encounter with an OIC member. I can't help you with advice regarding the screening or deposit requirements. Many OIC members require it. You can either do the deposit and/or screening, or you can't. I completely understand both sides of the argument from both providers and clients.
Judging by the number of 'well known' members who responded to the post directly above this one (and with which I agree), I would say that we are also 'well known' to OIC... ha ha. That said, being assured of a good session isn't necessarily tied to OIC but rather to scoping out ladies who have established good reputations for dependability through favourable reviews and have a twitter account or web site.
