Loggin in

Why am I asked to log in all the times.
For instance, I log in in the Toronto review section. Then I go to the Niagara section and I am asked to log again, then to the Kitchener section and again asked to log in.....I then return to the Toronto section, and again am asked to log in. This was not that way in before the changes. Is this normal?

Invisable mode

This is really Funny.... In my user CP choices I selected to go invisable mode (i.e. when logged onto terb should not be visable to others) So I then log in and my status colour beside my handle is red for invisable mode and in the home page listing there is an asterik by my handle denoting that I'am in invisable mode. This reminds me of my young little niece she likes to be invisable from under her blanket in the middle of the room... ​

This may take some time to get used to, but I'm all for it. It was the same way when I first discovered TERB .... everything seemed out of place but then I got the hang of it. Some really neat changes though. Nicer format for composing messages and you don't have to use HTML code to bold or italicize anything .... it's just a click away now. I don't like the new look of the icons though ... looks kinda cheap.

How come I can't see my Buddy List when composing a new message ? In the old version, the List was just a click away. Now I have to go under Quick Links, then select Open Buddy List to open another dialog box, put a check mark on the receiptients name, then click PM Users to get their names to appear ... a long process.

Also is there a way to change the description (eg. Senior Member) under my username ? I know the old version had a way to do this, but am I missing something, because I just can't find it in this version.

Apart from that, everything is all fine and dandy !!!

Invisible mode

You are invisible to everyone but yourself. If you prefer to be invisible to yourself, you might want to see a psychologist.

Since now if not in invisible mode others can see which threads you are viewing which I think is a new feature you might want to explain that and emphasis the invisible option in a sticky.
Just a thought and excuse me if already done.

re Remember Me/Logging in

As stated above, make sure that the `remember me` button is checked to stop having to log in every time - also make sure that your internet security system doesnt delete cookies automatically - i had to go into mine (bell`s `freedom`) and specify that https://terb.cc was a trusted site so it wouldn`t keep deleting the cookies

Viewing posts of people on Ignore List...

I used to be able view posts of people on my Ignore List but now I get error page saying this page cannot be displayed; or something like that. Do I have to remove a person from my Ignore List to view their post now?
