Question regarding tire sizes

So I talked to my dealer and they said it should be fine. The difference in the diameter is minimal and shouldn't require any further tuning to the speedometer/odometer.

While we were talking though, the guy did recommend going with Nitrogen in the tires instead of regular air. I think he said something about it keeping a consistent tire pressure.

Does anybody have any experience with nitrogen filled tires instead of the typical air filled tires? I'd like to hear any pros and cons with regards to nitrogen filled tires vs your typical air filled tires.

IMO its not worth it but then I don't mind going to the local air pump 4-5 times a year.

When the outside temp changes from summer, fall, winter, spring the air pressure changes too, even with no leaks. When it gets warmer, air pressure goes up.

Now with nitrogen, the air pressure stays the same, so long as the tires are 100% leak free. However, if a leak does start, even from the rims it happens as the tire-wheels get old, I believe you can not mix regular air and nitrogen-I might be wrong about that.

The way I see it, regular air works for me the past 25 years.

The H.P. sports cars come from the factory with nitrogen. When a tire goes very fast, it heats up, with regular air, the chances of the tire blowing out, do go up as the air pressures go up.

But are you planing on driving a steady 200 km/h---
