So:

Teksavvy DSL = Bell infrastructure

Teksavvy Cable = Rogers infrastructure

?
Sort of.... well that is what Bell and Rogers would have you believe.

Teksavvy uses Bell or Rogers infratructure for the 'last mile' from the CO (Central Office for DSL)/POI (Point of Interconnect for Cable) to your house, hence the need to use their installers. But from the CO/POI your traffic does NOT travel on Bell or Rogers infrastructure, Teksavvy have dedicated 1Gbps (or multiples thereof depending on customer concentration) connections back to their own datacentre. Actually, earlier this year they put sales of their Cable product on hold for many areas of the GTA to protect capacity and performance for their existing customers whilst they provisioned a further 29 1Gbps connections across 19 POI's.
