Why do so many clients expect discounts? This isn’t Best Buy on Boxing day or anything. Our lovely SPs are not merely animate sex toys, they are people who provide a service (a much appreciated service, if I may add). This next point may get lost with our Canadian health care system, but imagine our friendly neighbours to the south. Would you expect your doctor to give you a discount if he didn’t stick a finger up your butt every visit? Would you expect your lawyer to give you a discount if they settled your matters out of court? Would you expect your plumber to give you a discount if they managed to fix your toilet rather than have it replaced? And the examples could go on... but the answer to all of them is NO. You pay them for their time and their expertise. So why would you expect your SP to give you a discount? It's also their time and their expertise.
There are some SPs who provide BJs only. People talk about it as if you’re getting a ‘reduced rate’ but see it for what it really is: a BJ. It isn’t a GFE with only a BJ, it’s just a BJ. A hamburger at McD’s is not a ‘discounted’ quarter-pounder. They are two completely different entities entirely. Different buns, different patties, different condiments. If you order a hamburger, enjoy your hamburger. If you order a quarter-pounder, don’t expect to pay less because you ‘hold the onions’!
