I think that's a bit below the belt, trying to belittle someone becuase they r poorly educated.

I didn't say that I was uneducated or that I have trouble with the English language. Whether it is true or not, u drew attention to it. There are many people on this board who r not well educated. I think it is rude for people to point it out to them.

As for my laziness, yeah, I have to confess that I am, and my typing sucks, so if I can save typing a few more characters, then I will!

U don't have to apologise. I am reasonably well educated, but I'm just fed up with the less well educated members being picked on for their lack of education and class. As if they don't have to deal with that already in their normal lives.

Despite all the talk of respect and disrespect of SPs, I suspect that almost all of the members of this board do conduct their business in this hobby in a civil manner.

Most of the disrespecting probably only occurs, through flaming posts!

The problem here is making a distinction between education and class - they are two entirely separate entities. I've known many (self proclaimed) uneducated people with class, but many more (again self-proclaimed) educated people that wouldn't know class if it came up, bit them on the ass, said 'excuse me, is this seat taken?' and pushed them in front of the first oncoming bus.
Treat people the way you'd like to be treated, expect the same and I'd be willing to bet we'd all find a way to get along, regardless of the way we chose to make our living.
But then again, what the hell do I know?? I'm just another ugly American.
