A bit of a deep dive on some of the videos being promoted on the heavily censored Chinese internet and Russian military recruitment

Sounds like NATO members are a lot smarter than Xi and China.
NATO leaders' friendship with Zelensky apparently have limits. They
won't deploy troops to Ukraine to die for democracy.

it is just odd that China has claimed neutrality throughout this conflict. Seems like the CCP says one thing but behind closed doors they are doing another.

If Chinese or NK troops were in the field they would come with all their field gear, ATGMs, artillery, assault rifles etc. So captured Chinese and NK would come with captured weapons. All the Ukrainians are showing is Chinse or Korean appearing RUSSIANs and yes there are several regions of Russia where they can pass off as Chinese. After all Russia has a 4200 km border with China and a border with NK. So you really think its all white people right up to that line? lol 🤣🙄

Its actually pretty amazing how you continue to expose yourself as a CCP shill. Your response actually shows that you didnt watch the video. I can TLDR or you can actually watch it and provide a rebuttal. Up to you. I look forward to your wumao response. Very typical little pink behaviour lol

Man you are dense. I will try to explain this as simply as possible for your wumao brain. So it is quite obvious that:

a) you did not watch the video and what the claims/evidence are,
b) you are a CCP shill who only gets information regarding China from Xinhua News Agency or the People's Daily, or
c) you will always deny any Chinese wrongdoing without examining the arguments.
All 3 of these options can be true.

So the video actually goes in depth about how the CCP is trying to deny any sort of plausible deniability of its cooperation with Russia in the invasion of Ukraine. It really has nothing to do with the footage of the two captured Chinese nationals or Zelenksy's claim of 155 within the Russian military. What the video is showing is that within China's heavily censored internet, Russian military recruitment videos are being proliferated and promoted. Why is this important? Well, in China if it is being allowed to be promoted within the Great Firewall it is actually an endorsement. Searching things like "8964", "Taiwan independence", "BYD factory strikes" are immediately removed from their internet but Russian army recruitment videos are allowed everywhere. The video also goes onto show how 100s of examples of this where the videos are being translated in Chinese, showing Russian army recruitment brochures, listing the benefits of joining the Russian army and how to join.

Again, the CCP isn't sending PLA troops to fight alongside the Russian army. The 2 nationals that were caught and interviewed are Chinese civilians who were recruited into the Russian Army (meaning they would not have Chinese PLA gear, rifles, etc.) Their gear and military equipment would be supplied by the Russian army. Also, they had Chinese passports and as you know, China doesn't recognize dual citizenship.

It is hard to argue the CCP's involvement in Russia's war effort when it has been proven time and time again that they have been helping Russian companies evade sanctions and has been providing russia with dual use military technology. They are providing russia with critical components for munitions, tanks, armored vehicles, missiles, etc. Also, machine tools and the microchips are supplied.

This all goes to China's plausible deniability. You can go through the history of Hua Chinying, Mao Ning, Wang Yi or another Chinese spokesperson or foreign minister and their consistent claim of neutrality and respecting a country's sovereignty and not getting involved in other countries internal affairs. It is all a lie.

Hope that clears that up for you.

Just some poor Chinese Mercs, they have been seen fighting on both sides apparently. NOT STATE SPONSORED and therefore not indicative of Chinese involvement.
lol, you didn't even read the article you posted. Here are some snipets.

China’s foreign ministry responded that it is verifying the Ukrainians’ claims and that it does not support its nationals’ participation “in any party’s military operations”. Though China has supplied dual-use components for Russia’s defence industry, kept Russia’s economy afloat with energy purchases, and promoted propaganda blaming Ukraine and nato for the war, its leaders have consistently claimed neutrality and been careful to avoid direct military involvement. There is no proof that the Chinese nationals fighting for Russia in Ukraine are state-supported. It is no surprise, however, that they are there. Chinese fighters on both sides in Ukraine have been posting videos of their exploits on social media throughout the war.

Here is another tidbit.

Some volunteers are also fighting on Ukraine’s side. Peng Chenliang from Yunnan province had been detained in China for seven months after posting anti-Russia and pro-Ukraine messages on X in 2023.

Anyways, like I said if it is being promoted on China's internet, it is an endorsement from the CCP. That little hamster inside your head is running out of steam.

Well if China changes its trade patterns with Russia then its not being neutral is it? Do you understand what neutral means? People in Germany and UK are going to jail for posting things about the govt. So whats your point? NATO is to blame for the war, lots of people believe that. Why did they not agree to keep Ukraine out of NATO BEFORE the war? Yes I understand that anything on the Globaltimes is 100% the view the CPC wants to promote. But why should China not help Russia if that is in its interests? Is the USA that has fomented and fueled a war against Russia which only minor concessions could have avoided. I do think the Chinese concept of universal security is the correct concept.

Lol the mental gymastics. Trade is actually increasing between China and Russia.

Not sure why you keep deflecting. Now you go off on a tangent about NATO, post an article that actually argued that chinese nationals involvment in the russian military is state sponsored lol.

The original post just showed Russian recruitment videos promoted all over the heavily censored chinese internet, translated into chinese, with benefits and instructions on how to join the Russian military.

But you keep jumping through hoops trying to defend the CCP🤦‍♂️

Well when the Europeans and US companies left Russia it opened up vast opportunities for Chinese companies. Those ads are in many places around the world and there are brokers there to arrange it as well. What Russia and Ukraine offer is a lot to some people in rural China. Some men dream of going to war. China probably knows that many of their troubled men may be attracted to these offers. Go to war, get some Russian pussy while on leave, make good money... maybe you will die but life sucks so why not.

So it is the Russian recruiting these Chinese men to join the Russian military, not China sending troops there.

Actually China has been and is still criticized every once in a
while by those on the side of Ukraine for its support of Putin
through trading. China is indeed more neutral in the proxy war
than the U.S., Canada, UK and other NATO fools who have together
given away billions to Ukraine to prolong the war.

To my knowledge you and Zelensky are the only ones upset by
participation of 150 alleged Chinese nationals in the war on Russia's
side. I doubt even supporters of Ukraine would care although they
certainly wish China (and India) to be the idiots like the EU and NATO
members are so Russia cannot find buyers of its unwanted oil and
gas exports.

Difference is, Uk, canada, us, etc. opposed the invasion from the start and never claimed neutrality.

If China's neutrality is questioned it won't be about the presence
of 150 ethic Chinese soldiers in Russian army.

And China's claim of neutrality as a response to demand
from Ukraine's supporters to stay neutral in the proxy war
is reasonable in my view. China hardly ever helped Russia
to the degree NATO members aided Ukraine.

You are missing the point. It actually doesnt matter what side of the war you are on, but the fact remains that the CCP says one thing, yet behind closed doors it does another. In this case, they are claiming to be neutral, but is secretly supporting Russia.

And you can look up videos, statements, tweets from chinese foreign ministers, foreign affairs office, etc to corroborate this statement of neutrality, promoting peace, respecting sovereignty and not getting involved in external affairs. Then you can look at the insurmountable evidence on how China is helping russia evade sanctions, providing dual use military technology and as seen in the video, is actively promoting chinese recruitment into the russian army. You cant even search "8964" because it is removed and not a message that the CCP wants any momentum behind, so by not removing these russian military recruitment ads, it is essentially an endorsement.

They have not really provided substantial military aid, but the have told the USA that China would not allow Russia to be defeated. Its possible trade with China has allowed Russia to focus on military production. But here is no evidence of direct state level military aid from China.
