A friend of mine and I were thinking of entering the escort business together as either a new agency or an established one but we are kind of afraid of LE. Is there any way to make sure your business is LE proof. Just Wondering

provided you do outcall only and arrange everything privately (as in over the phone) it is perfectly legal and you'll be in the clear.

Operating an escort "agency" will always be illegal. No minors, drugs, weapons and no ripping off clients means that you will probably be left alone. I think you should work at an agency [do the phones or as escort] to understand the biz before you take it on. It can be a thankless job. And many have tried, few have suceeded.

If you work for an agency, the escorts are never charged. Only owners, drivers and phone person for living off the avails.

Gramage: Only indy girls doing outcalls are technically legal. Be careful when you dispense advice if you base knowledge on TERB discussions, buddy.

I would say get a lawyer for some advice if you really want legal advice. Or get in touch with Maggie's - an organization for sex workers.

Let's play together for free!! You can bring in your friend too. It's not illegal if there is no money exchanged :)

For something this important, hire a lawyer to advise you. It's their job to understand the law and advise their clients how to stay out of trouble.
