Your place!!
Has this ever happened to you?
I've had a couple of things happen in the last little while when I've gone to my arranged appointment with an SP.
The first one was, when I arrived at the location as usual I called and left a message that I was there, ( This particular Provider rarely answers her phone and you leave a message and she returns your call) any way she called back in a couple of minutes and told me to come on up so I proceeded to the entrance to the building and punched in the buzzer code and it didn't work, the buzzer was out of order. Now I'm kind of stuck because this lady does not take any more calls after you arrive for your appointment so calling her again was not going to work. As I'm trying to buzz again the door beeps and opens up, (yes it opens automatically when activated) I thought Great it went through, "WRONG". When I entered the lobby Security Called me over to the desk, they had opened the door. Luckily when they asked who I was there to see I knew the SP's real name and gave it and they said go on up.
My question is if you give the SP"s working name and they say there is no one in the building with that name "What do you Do"?

That's an easy one: say you are visiting a girl who is staying with one of her friends in the building but you don't know the name of the friend of a friend. Be sure to give your name so that when they call up the SP will say to let you in. :D

your Sp should have taken care of these matters. This is part of her responsibility.
To be honest I don't believe she knew of the Buzzer problem until I told her.
