I have seen the many waves the conservatives shafted the Canadian tax payer for so many years. Including Mulroney's destrcution of the checks and balances in the civil service that will cause problems for many years to come.


Don't forget the sweetheart deals the conservatives made with with thier buddies. Take the 407 for a start. Value trippled after the sale.


How about the republicans in the US -- they demanded special prosecutors to invistigate White Water which nothing was proven

while Bush and Cheneys problems with SEC made white water look like a drop in the bucket.

If it wasn't for 9-11 Bush and Cheny might well have their own investigation to deal with!

I recall that when the Whitewater investigation started, the Demogogs had a Majority in both houses...of course, they could'nt get any of their deals done...you know why?...because the voters would have given them the boot...oh...the voters booted them anyway....

Though I am Democrat at heart, Bush has only one thing better than Kerry and he is pro-Israel and he makes himself clear on that comparing to other former US President.

That's an irony when the Sr. and James Baker III never regard Ariel Sharon and Yitzhak Shamir, those Likudniks as friends. Not so for the Dubya as he seems to see Ariel Sharon eye to eye on the same issue.

If the Dubya wins again (I suspect win by litigation similar to the year 2000), then see ya in Tehran 2006.

BTW, I am fiscal and national security conservative (No, not that kind of wanton tax cuts to the 1% rich Americans) but social liberals. Kind of like Warren Buffett.
