Speaking of incompetent, it seems like the ONLY high school program dedicated for gay, lesbian youth is actually run by the Toronto school board. There doesn't seem to be any private schools in Canada that do that. You could have at least hit google before running your mouth. They also have programs for national level athletes, and the internationally recognized AP and IB programs (as well as a 15 or so specialized alternative schools).
Pay for private education if you want but the public system seems to be doing a pretty good job of meeting students needs.
