I've been getting potential clients lately that say they prefer to come to a hotel instead of my apartment.
Isn't a hotel more dangerous?
Thoughts?

Both have there + and -. Hotel is easier to blend in and wait in lobby if need be. Parking is usually easier. Condos can be difficult if the security makes you sign the guest list, or some hick up in getting the buzz code making one wait in at the door while residents are passing by.

I prefer private residence. Never liked hotels. I like to visit in the morning and the maids always seem to be just outside the door or not far off. Had a few occasions when they tried to enter while I was in room. As long as there is no sign in requirement at an apartment, I prefer that , any day.

Doesn't really matter to me.

I prefer seeing you, Jena, in your apartment though. It's a great location and I've never felt anything other than completely at home there.

If your apartment is in Markham, then I would choose your apartment.

If not, then I would be more comfortable in a hotel… in Markham. :D

Hi Jena,

I think you have a very nice place and it is conveniently close to A&W for that after fun snack :)

I generally would also prefer a private residence, or a motel with the entrance thru the outside patio doors like I had with you before. It sound's like I am way behind the other guy's here because I have not yet visited you at your apartment - hopefully soon. I find parking is the most important factor for me at a private residence or a hotel, all the better if there is no cost involved for parking or just don't pay if it is a hh appt. and hope you don't get a ticket.

I am apparently in the minority, but I feel way more comfortable in a hotel. I could be there doing anything, where as with a private residence once the neighbors know what is going on they will know exactly what I am there for.

If you are very discreet and have great neighbors, a condo might be preferred.

Hotel staff might see you and remember you (I try to walk past them, busy on my way somewhere, but sometimes, it's hard to avoid eye contact, and a friendly smile or hello is usually a nice way of disarming them or suspicion).

A condo concierge will see you, but it's not a public place like a hotel. There are greater burdens for LE to enter private residences than at a hotel.

About 95 percent of my regular clients love my Incall the best. But when I run my double girl special I do that in a hotel in oshawa. They do come there because they feel comfortable where I rent. I go to clean expensive hotels and my rate is good. So they go. Where else can they get 2 girls for one hour for 150? But hands down private Incall wins with 95 percent of the vote.
