Its good hes got it "bad". Hes darn lucky he can walk after that crash. Hes darn lucky his buddy didn't die. Hes darn lucky he be out-in likely 6 months and have NO record later on and can enjoy his old mans money.

Yeah, he get his butt kick if he wasn't alone. Hes too rich for them not to hate.

Maybe he think a bit more later on. Might be the "best" thing to happen to him.

Maybe the jail people should take him on a tour to a "real prison" like in that movie "Bad Boys" in the 80's.

When the kid starts complaining about his recommendations someone should mention to him about the hospital room his friend is in...

I could see how crappy it would be for a young kid like Nick but he seems more concerned about himself then what he did. (Yeah I listened to one of the recordings that the prison released with Nick talking to his family. I wish I hadn't. It doesn't seem right that they release that stuff.)

I understand hes in a very nice place thanks to the Hogan family paying the bills but hes brain damage-almost dead! The doctors had to remove part of his brain and if hes lucky he can breath without a oxygen mask on for a few hours.

He can't even watch TV, he just lays and breaths and thats it If he was a dog, horse, etc. the vets would put him down.

Maybe in 5-10 years he wake up, thats the reasoning to keep him alive.

Clearwater, Florida — An accident involving Hulk Hogan, his wife, Linda, and their daughter, Brooke, shut down the northbound lanes of the Bayside Bridge Sunday afternoon.

There were seven vehicles involved in the accident. No one was taken to the hospital. Florida Highway Patrol is investigating.
