can't say if it's a joke, but this is Nikki/Micah and probably a slew of other names. Her last time in the area she advertised a fully interactive duo with her "daughter". I don't think anyone ever found out for sure if it was her daughter, highly doubtful, or just a way to grab attention. Ultimately it backfired as shortly after she left, probably because of a backlash to her ad. There was significant negative comments about her ad on this board (not sure where the threads are).
However, I did see her several years ago, before she started posting all these drama ads. It was a safe session, but definitely would not repeat. Session was rushed and very lack-luster.
