Thank you so much for all your posts and we apologize for any issues and inconvenience you may have experienced.
Did you mean you called Today? I remember most of the calls as I was at the spa most of the day today, I was doing reception and we also had a new receptionist on for part of the day, but I was there pretty much for the whole time to help her. I answered most calls so she could hear the conversations and learn - with the exception of few calls I believe but I still heard most of those calls.
We did have spots available with Ariel and with others and we would have no interest to tell anyone otherwise. If we have no clients come in, we don’t make money including the receptionist so it’s all of our best interest to let everyone know about all the spots that are available.
We can all make mistakes for sure, I made plenty myself but this would’ve been pretty impossible to make. Perhaps you were looking for a 1hr session at a specific time and that spot wasn’t available? I don’t remember a call like that at all but that’s the only thing that would make sense...
I could offer to look into this further what exactly happened, like I did with all the other issues and complaints you had. But when we asked for more details from you in the past, you said just to forget about it.
PLEASE don’t take this the wrong way, but if I was a different type of owner and act before looking into things, you could’ve got several amazing attendants and receptionists fired. Even some you haven’t even met or spoken to. These amazing ladies work very hard every day and some of them rely on this income completely, some of them also have a families to support...
We have an idea of the real reason you keep bashing us, but ANYWAYS, after long consideration we have decided that it is your and our best interest if you look for an other establishment to visit where you are happy and you needs can be met.
I have posted something similar over a week ago and I ended up deleting it. I should’ve just left it as I saw where this was going.

I tried to book into ambition today. I know I said I would never return but I’m giving them one last shot. This place need mor girls. Guys and girls would like to have you try meme Guys and girls would like to have u discuss. Do they need more girls available or am I just being picky. Be honest.
Tried to booking with Ariel and she wasn’t available until 630 or 7 o’clock.
Definitely turned off by Jenna after what happened last time.
Only other one was Scarlett and she does not suit my personal taste.
