weird video, you someone running, then the SUV is same sight line a the tree so it's hard to see, when the it appears to hit the person, then suddenly there's a kid on the ground and another person checking on the kid.

It's hard to make out, but the kid is already under the front wheels by the time you see the SUV. He could've been hanging on the side or something.

When the SUV enters the frame, the kid is already under the front of the vehicle. Then he continues to roll underneath it as it moves along. Hope they catch the driver.

Apparently, the kid was breaking into cars. He is dead, the Miller guy lost an eye. On the other hand, car owner Mr. Oliver is also dead (murdered by a car thief). High risk for both thieves and car owner(s).

I think its unclear if it was intentional but clearly at the very least manslaughter or 2nd deg murder
