Completely agree, they tend to have real anger issues. The way they talk is very demaning and aggressive. Very unprofessional.
But, as the clip shows, there are a few good apples.
Given the fact that most cops are white males, bad interactions between cops (who happen to be white) and the public should be expected.
However, I don't think there is any difference between white and black cops when it comes to attitude and professionalism. There are plenty of videos of black cops doing bad things.

depends. some are really nasty, worse than men since they have to prove themselves. others are very nice.
