I didn't watch it, but let me summarize it, Amazing Kreskin style:
"Fentanyl is murder. There's eleventy-billion metric tonnes of fentanyl in your grandmother's mailbox right now. That's enough to kill every Canadian 69.13142 times over. And like, you don't even have to see the Fentanyl, just knowing that you're near some fentanyl is enough for your mother and your daughter, and every sad-eyed, 3-legged puppy in a 100 mile radius to drop dead. And not in a good way, in like a "your insides turn out and your eyeballs explode and you poop your pants" way.
My Common Sense Conservatives will put military personnel on the street immediately. That way, when you think you're near some Fentanyl or just a brown person, you can hide behind a soldier. Our Soldiers will be equipped with the latest in paper-based absorbent sheet technology, so you can clean up after wetting your pants about some "crisis" I'm more-or-less inventing for my own personal gain"
Did I get it right?
And since I'm a Facts-not-Feelings guy, Opioid deaths spiked at the start of the pandemic, and have been trending down since:
A simulation model of opioid overdose deaths that provides information on the number of deaths that might occur during the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020.

Which means that either Trudeau is protecting us from Fentanyl already, or the Covid-19 vaccine also gives you immunity to Fentanyl.
