Which means that either Trudeau is protecting us from Fentanyl already, or the Covid-19 vaccine also gives you immunity to Fentanyl.
Fentanyl is murder yes/no. Heart surgeons wanted a more stable drug than morphine for open heart surgery. The death rate from Fentanyl in heart surgery patients is !.9%, from morphine it's 20+ %.
