There are a lot of things ...
That are admirable about Canada and Canadians. Near the top of the list has to be the way you handle elections. Seems a very short time ago it was decided that you would have elections, and here it is just about over already (News at 11) Meanwhile, here in the US things just drag on, and on, and on ....

For those outside Canada, C-Span will run the Canadian election live. Usually Mississauga has some interesting parties that get the first vote logged in, like The Karl Marx Party for one showing a majority at the beginning. Never forgot that.

the Cheif electoral Officer here in canada went after a guy with a website in BC who posted info. It pissed off the Feds that some US bloggers did it too but those lot were luckily outside the jurisdiction.
Fred is simply being prudent by advising people not to post stuff that will get TERB and him in trouble with our federal thought police.
It would be nice if we could play fair and not fark it up..
My guess is that all the mods are very busy scanning TERB looking for idiots who just have to push the envelope.
