If Tigers wife had any principles she would file for divorce. I mean one affair is excusable, but 3 bimbo eruptions is a bit harsh.

So what does she do? She stays with Tiger..... for more money, wtf???
She married him for reasons other than his wallet? This is news to me. Please share them.

If you're rich, you can get one too. Personally, I'd do like Charlie Sheen and just poon like a mad man.

I think Tiger has earned the right to do whatever he wants.
In what way? Explain to me how knowing how to hit a golf ball is a benefit to the public good?

Tiger has no concept of a soul mate, he just wanted a trophy wife to make himself look like a pillar of society. Now that he has been exposed, it remains to be seen which direction he will take: Prince Charles or Magic Johnson.

One problem with 7-11 ATMs

Good 'ol Tiger had his wife search his cell phone. In a panic he called his girlfriend to have her delete her name from the call answer announcement. Now the voicemail is all over the news.

I never keep numbers for SPs and MPs in my cell phone for just such a reason.

Its almost a requirement to have a cell phone for an incall. When you arrive at the location you need the cell to get the buzz code, get the room number etc. There are probably ways around this but not nearly as convenient.

When I set up a meeting I normally dial and then delete the call from the phone's memory. It happened a few times that I forgot to do this and had a bit of a panic a few days later. Also, the cell phone bill lists all the calls - not good - had to go on a shredding spree. Thats when I decided I needed another phone... a hobby phone.

I didn't want a monthly bill - tracability. Pay as you go seemed the best bet. What I learned is that most of the minutes that you buy expire in anywhere from one to three months. If you don't keep them updated then the phone number expires not just the minutes. Kind of a hassle for a once a month hobby guy. Then I came across a phone at, of all places, a 7-eleven convenience store. Its called Speak-out and your minutes last for a full year plus it has voicemail (I used the defaults I didn't want to record my voice) and call display for those call backs.

official site http://speakout7eleven.ca/
unofficial site http://www.speakoutwireless.ca/

25 bucks worth of minutes plus the cost of the phone ($59) ...paid cash (explain 7-11 on your credit/debit statement?). I'm now set for the year. Refills - cash at the 7-11, no problem.

No bills, no records, no way of tying it to me... everything was selfserve to set it up. I keep the phone/charger at the office. I still delete the numbers just in case I bring it home in the car. If found, I can always claim I found it on the street (someone lost their phone!).

Paranoia... maybe. Then again, maybe Tiger needed a hobby phone...

Apparently convenience store ATMs are easily tracked by credit card theives...
Radio jock "Mad Dog" got burned for up to $5000 over a few weeks...
The Moral...best not to fuck around if you're married. At the very least...put the 'socks' of the clubs in storage...

Typically cell phones are locked to the provider. The old phone needs to be unlocked and in needs to work on the correct type of system (GSM not CDMA for example). You need to get the SIM card anyway so you would have to buy the speakout phone anyway.

Perhaps the incall section was not the best place to put this but where else would you post about a hobby phone used for incalls? Just directly sharing my info with all of us in the aftermath of the Tiger Woods story. I imagine that most of us spend the majority of our time in this section rather than places like the lounge. A lot more wives and girlfriends will be checking their SOs phones now that they know its a good idea to catch a slip up like Tiger's. I thought it may be relevant to some of us. If not please excuse and move on.

I also used cash that I got from a bank I never use ATMs in convenience stores for just that reason.

I just called Rogers one day and asked them to delete detailed billing. Now I just get a one page summary invoice.

The truth is out there somewhere!
It will take a very confident lady to give Tiger any chance of rectifying the relationship to anything reliable. If they do really like (love) each other, maybe he can get some help to ease his need for cocktail, big-haired, waitresses. He seems to have the general insecurity of so many men; but he also has the $$ and charisma to attract all kinds of sleazy women.
He has proven himself to be nothing more than a typical male "goof." She might just as well have married John Daly. I'm sure she expected more.
If there is little hope, Elin(?) should pack the kids up and head back to Sweden with as much of Tiger's estate that she can get her hands on..

Hey Elise,

Thanks for the idea. I agree with you, this is relevant to the incall section (obviously) and should be here.

Appreciate sharing your work.

The Tiger is making a mojor mistake by not letting her go now, instead of
doubling the bet. Next time it will cost him much more.

Ahh, but $20 Million is a small fraction of his worth. He is mitigating the circumstances. Lets speculate that she want to leave him now. So it is better if they calm things down and have a public split later. So, he ups the anti and gives her more, but he quiets things down and his endorsements are safe. He gets more money in the long run, and she gets part of the " more moeny ".

Remember, all Kobe Bryant had to do was buy his wife a $4 Million diamond ring to solve his marital problems.

Money can solve a LOT of problems.

Tiger has offered his wife $60 million to stay in the marriage for another 2 years according to Star.
The couple have marriage counsellors at the house for "binge" sessions several times a day.
---
Quote:

"Tiger Woods has offered his wife, Elin Nordegren, as much as $60 million (U.S.) to stay with him for another two years, according to reports. But even that might not be enough, if tabloid reports of further sexual revelations to come are true.

The Chicago Sun-Times reported on Wednesday that Woods and Nordegren agreed to immediately revisit the pre-nuptial agreement they signed upon getting married in 2004.

The original document had Nordegren reaping a relatively meagre $20 million if she remained married to Woods for a decade. Woods was already vastly wealthy when he married. His worth now hovers around $1 billion, the most ever for an athlete.

The Sun-Times report had the amount bumped "substantially."

This morning, the Daily Beast website released the numbers. According to its unnamed source, Woods agreed to immediately transfer $5 million into Nordegren's personal account.

Also, the pre-nup has been torn up and rewritten. Nordegren will now take an additional $55 million if she stays with Woods for two more years.

The presumed goal here is to preserve normalcy – both for personal and business reasons – inside the Woods household.

The couple have reportedly begun a binge of marriage-counselling sessions inside their home "several" times per day.

The relative calm of the past 24 hours may be put to the test again today. Various outlets report that Rachel Uchitel, the hostess who initially denied a sexual affair with Woods, may change her story today.

Uchitel's face was splashed on the cover of last week's National Enquirer. The magazine alleged an affair with Woods. TMZ.com reported Thursday that Woods was texting back and forth with her in the early hours of last Friday, just before Woods embarked on a bizarre, low-speed bumper car routine down his own driveway.

Uchitel has since vehemently denied any affair with Woods. She has called a press conference for Thursday afternoon and may now admit an affair.

Meanwhile, Woods and Nordegren remain hidden from the public eye. If Woods hoped that his online message of apology would sate the public appetite for news, that apparently is impossible.

According to the Daily Beast, paparazzi are offering $250,000 for a single picture of Nordegren with the two young Woods children, and as much as $100,000 for a tip that leads to a successful photo.

And Woods friend Jesper Parnevik has also begun what could turn in to moral pile up.

The Swedish golf pro once employed Nordegren as a nanny.

"I would be especially sad about it – I really feel sorry for Elin – since me and my wife were at fault for hooking her up with (Woods)," Parnevik told the Golf Channel on Wednesday. "We probably thought he was a better guy than he is. I would probably need to apologize to her."

Elice's advice is helpful

Although the title to this entire thread is a bit cryptic, Elise's advice is very helpful. It isn't remotely about using 7-11 ATM's so I'm not sure where the above comment is coming from.

Information about the phones and service is here: www.speakout711.ca

I got one of these about a year ago and only use it for hobbying. No problems personally but there are discussions circulating in cyberspace about whether 7-11 sells these phone numbers to telemarketers: www.speakoutwireless.ca/speak/reviews/possible-warning-about-7-11-speak-out.

I turn mine off when I'm not using it and haven't experienced any hassles. No unwanted messages cluttering my inbox. No unsolicited calls. The per-minute rate isn't great but the pricing scheme is dead simple, the phone is anonymous and untraceable and the phone is kind of ugly and unsophisticated, so it's not likely to draw attention.

It's saved me a ton of trouble over the past year. No more fishing for quarters or combing the streets for a working payphone.

Bought another $25 worth of airtime just before the year was up and my unused airtime rolled over seamlessly. For the kind of low volume, high risk use this phone sees it seems to me I've done much better with a pay as you go scheme than with a cell phone plan.

Hey, not bad. 24 hours X 365 days X 2 years = $3142 as her hourly rate. Girls, anyone out there a little bit jealous? And for sure, he's not even getting any pussy these days.

Petro Canada has pre-paid cell phone and a $100 air time coupon will give you 365 days -- a full year of usage if you are a low usage customer. I found it is a very good phone for low usage customer.
