Ah, I meant no cover charge in the afternoon
Although apparently there is a cover charge in the evenings?
This is such a great club.
(And I don't have a lot of experience in this area, so of course others may feel otherwise).
But I dropped by for a beer this afternoon, Weds, Sept 27, just to see what was happening.
I'm just learning the names of the dancers, so bear with me.
I caught only the last seconds of the lovely Domino's (blond) stage dance (wish I had seen more of that, but I will be back..).
I saw some of Pheonix's dances, also blond, mature and lovely. Again, would like to see more.
I met the young and new-to-the-playmate dancer, Jessie. A Quebecoise beauty that normally works in other cities and clubs.
She danced for me in private where I could admire her fit body. Quite something.
And finally I caught up with Spice and because her legs just kill me, I asked her to dance a little bit for me too.
It was a very sweet and visually rewarding experience.

And I find this club to be fascinating.
You drop in on an afternoon, buy a nice cold beer in a bottle, and get to meet all of these woman, each so different from the other.
It's been wild just to have such experiences.

I do one song when I don’t like the dancer. This most often happens when she’s pestered me for a dance and hasn’t taken the hint that I’m not really interested.That reminds me --

you are too generious I just say no and or dont waste your time, sometimes more politely.
The girls are there to make money and they want to be somethign you like and have a repour with ... personaly for me if I leave before the 3rd dance it's because, somethign was wrong/ didn't like it.
Ah, maybe I should start thinking of three dances as the norm.
So far, I haven't had much desire to go beyond that, but no doubt your mileage may vary...
Ok, swung by this Thursday, about 2pm.
Very quiet, did not see anyone on stage over about half an hour.
I think that was Summer talking to a customer in the back.
A short haired, darker skinned woman who I don't know by name yet was there, also involved in a long, casual conversation.
A beauty with longer dark hair, maybe latin, in street clothes, came in and chatted with a customer before they left together. Would certainly like to know more about her.
But Moxie came over to say hi and I decided that I would like to see how she dances in private.
All I can say is that it was so much fun.
We shared three songs together and honestly it gave me the feeling of those steamy high school moments with girlfriends.
She's quite thin with smaller pert breasts, which is generally not my thing. But it was just such a fun connection.

Possibly Delicious (although she is French-Canadian not "latin") taking a trip 'upstairs'? It's not altogether unusual to see her enter the club in street clothes in mid-afternoon (coming from a prior 'upstairs' visit) and then chat for a bit with a gent before again ascending the stairway to 'Sweet 300'. Delicious is fairly tall, somewhat curvy and has quite long, usually very straight, dark hair. Just a guess though. Could have been Lola or a dancer I'm not familiar with.
I stopped in to the bar today. It was very quiet in terms of customers. Ghia, Selena, Mya and a couple of other girls were there.
I also saw Dove….hadn’t seen her for quite a while. She looks like she has been seriously into working out…..super toned and gorgeous!!!!

Interesting report from a night at the 'Mate, especially re Sandra. She sounds like the type of dancer that seems to be less common at local clubs in recent years. Any addidtional info about her would be of great interest. Been many years since I've ventured to the 'Mate in the evenings/latenight, but maybe a nighttime trip would be worthwhile - wonder if Sandra is at least somewhat of a regular at the PM nights.
