Playmates Dancers

Website indicates that Monday opening is 4:00, if this is up-to-date info.
M.O.F.W. may have meant that the club is closed on Monday afternoons and this has been the case for a little while, I think.
If open on Monday's, what would it be like around dinner time? that is when I would head there....
A very slow Friday afternoon today (8/26) at the 'Mate.
As usual, arrived a bit before 2:00 and the overall atmosphere was quite subdued. Noticed only two dancers and both were sitting with patrons when I first sat down at a table. After a while Bianca emerged from the dressing room and then Delicious strolled back there and Bianca disappeared again, so for some time there seemed to be hardly anyone around. Bianca did take to the stage a bit later. Delicious told me that it had been very busy on Thursday and seemed surprised that it was so slow on a Friday afternoon. The other dancer present when I first arrived was, I think, Crystal and she was in the CR as I was leaving a bit before 3:00. At about 2:30 a curvy ebony lady strolled into the club and then went back to the dressing room - didn't see her again.
True to her word (in an e-mail), Vegas was in the club last week (Delicious thinks it was on Thursday and maybe one other day) but apparently had not been in at all this week. As in the past, it seems it can be difficult to connect with Vegas. Maybe Thursday is the best day to try, but I have a feeling it is a random thing with her.

Almost a month since there have been any postings on this thread - no one has been venturing down the Montreal Road lately?
Always interested to read reports of visits to the 'Mate, especially word of any sightings of Vegas or Mia - I'm told they've both been in, but apparently rarely.

Those visits seem to suggest to me that Delicious and Bianca have become the daytime/afternoon regulars, perhaps somewhat in the way that Ashley and Candy were in years gone by.

I want to start off by saying, asking for intel on the playmate is appropriate and that is what this board is all about. But the lack of response indicates a couple of possibilities.
First - there may be too few contributors to the board that actually go the mate to give a report. I am in this category. I haven't been inside this club for many years now (probably ten) my distant experience with this club was that the staff did not care about the staff or girls. One of my worst experiences was when one of the dancers had an overdose in the club near the entrance and the ambulance was called. Not one staff person including the manager seemed concerned about this and carried on business while a dancer was being loaded on to a stretcher. The manager disappeared, the police was asking the staff if they could speak to a manager and the staff said that he was away at the time. Shortly after the commotion had subsided, he magically appeared. I had to reevaluate my life after this, and I decided that this is a place I do not want to be seen in. I will remain positive and assume the owner has fixed the attitude of the staff.
Second - Maybe business is bad, and no one is going to this club. I hope not and want all clubs to be successful.
That unfortunately is not unique to the playmate. Lots of the dancers have taken too much at the club.
Personally I go to playmate and have fun. More so than Nuden which is a huge waste of time and money.
I went to Playmate last weekend and I was not impressed, it was fairly busy, had 4 girls that I could count, and not one of them came around to talk to the customers...it just seemed they stayed with friends at tables... total waste of time.
Seems that this kind of thing is not that unusual for the 'Mate. As you say you went "last weekend", I'm assuming that this had to be an evening visit and I'm more of an afternoon clubgoer but the the atmosphere can be similar during the day. It can be somewhat frustrating if dancers do not approach patrons or at least position themselves on the floor such that they seem 'approachable'. If a dancer is chatting with a friend (or another dancer) at a table, I'm not that inclined to approach/talk to her.
On recent afternoon visits, I've had a few dancers walk up and talk, but it seems that many at the 'Mate only approach when they know/remember someone and if one is new or not a regular, it may be necessary to be more forward in talking to or asking a dancer for a CR visit than is customary at many other clubs.

I have not been impressed with Playmate on my last few visits, so obviously I have not been tempted to go back.
Same experience as CanuckSoldier. Lots of guys. Few girls. Most of whom were just talking with guys at tables for eons.
Did see one girl the last time I went. Two dances in she tells me "the fun dances are $40 each". In the past I have been pressured to go outside the club and when declined, the girl made an excuse to leave (“I think my stage dance is coming up”; which it wasn’t).

Was there this briefly this afternoon, 2 to 3 clients. Was about to leave when Delicious approached me. Had not been with a dancer since March 11 2020, start of the pandemic. Enjoyed her comapny in the CR quite a bit. Use to spend time with her pre covid. She still turns my crank and has not lost her touch. It as if time stood still, amazing
must have been because she remembered you....the girls there don't seem to like new customers...though how you become known to them when they won't ever talk to you...idk...and not sure if they realize how much cash they are giving up...
