I agree with you. All these sob stories are just lame excuses for providing poor service. No one is forcing the girls to work in these conditions. If anyone thinks that these issues seriously limit their ability to provide good service to the clients then they should be working somewhere else. I think it's more of an issue of few bad apples rather than systemic malaise.
