Doctor Prescribed drugs are a different matter altogether. Drug/Alcohol Addictions is more what we are concerned with. We would encourage the provider to seek help and overcome their addiction before working with us. We will direct them to the appropriate organizations where they can receive help. Again, we can only open the door, they must choose to walk through it.

Ok this is an interesting thread with regards to Indy versus Agency, for instance, what would make a successful indy sp want to move to an agency, if there are certain critia, what are they and, why do the agencies not bend over backwards to accommodate their wishes. I suppose first of all the Indy keeps all the income but, has to advertise, take calls and arrange a venue whereas the agency provides these services for a fee (of course).
I am interested in this as I did run my own agency in South Africa and listened to the girls requests (sometimes demands lol) but, we did run a very successful enterprise. My own involvement and theories came down to greed, I was not greedy, all I provided was protection ( a paramount necessity), transport and an in house location. I was paid a set booking fee and the girls named their fees which , was all theirs. To be fair the in house served drinks and food etc which of course was a mark up to help pay for overheads.
I don't know, what do the girls really want to be successful without the headaches, surely taking the greed factor out of the equation and everyone making a comfortable living what is the winning formulae, anyone?

Well let's look at the different factors here

As an indepandant escort, you would have to manage our own ads, find your own accomodations, Answer all of your calls, deal with clients that just call to waste the girls time(there are more than just a few, trust me on that) arrange your own or drive yourself to outcalls(if you do that), keep clearing your voicemail, answer numerous e-mail requests from clients and then of course attend to your appointments. With all that extra work, is it any wonder why a lot of indepant SP's are stress out and then that agitation can sometimes be passedon/taken out on an unsuspecting client. Which surely ends up as bad experience for the client which may in turn end up writing a negative review on this board about an SP that probably is not as bad as what a negative review would show.

As a part of an agency, the agency deals with the mundane repitive tasks and lets the girls be more worry free. However, the "booking fees/house fees" in some case are absolutely horrendous! Also as a per call agency, they will push the girls to work as many hours as they can and see as many clients as they are able to book them for. That's the down side to a typical agency.

Cause we work on monthly fees instead of per call fees, it leaves the girls more money in their pocket at the end of the month and we only book them based on their available schedules and how many clients they wish to see in a shift. Some girls may only want to see 2 clients a shift and work 1 or 2 nights or days in a week, that's ok with us. Just make sure the client receives the level of service they expect to get,(we will make their services very clear when we answer questions, and on our website). We handle the rest for them.
