Wander through the PATH from the Eaton Centre down to Union Station (try to be in the vicinity of, say, the Richmond/Adelaide Centre or near First Canadian Place when folks are on their break, or going for lunch).

After work, check out The Keg on York (at Adelaide), or other bars (eg Fionn McCools on King) in the financial district.

For eye candy (staff and guests)
1. Tilted Kilt on the Esplanade
2. Earls on York or The Keg on York (Thursday nights)

In the summer months... any courtyard in the financial district is oozing with eye candy every where

doesn't the term "eye candy" suggest "for your eyes only"? Meeting hot girls is a heterosexual thing, staring at them is more like a North American thing.
In North America there is no rule that prohibits meeting and talking after staring at—or even just politely noticing—a pretty girl. Eye candy spots just improve the search odds. That suggestion is in your mind; don't assume it's universal.

Just got back from Moxie's, my server was Sarah. She could only just barely keep from falling outside of her dress (pun intended). Talking about hot! And oh yes, and the food was great too! :)

Awesome suggestions! Much appreciated. Keep 'em coming!

For my own contribution, I was waiting for a buddy outside the Royal York and was sitting by the benches in front of the Benihana's around 5PM. Peak communte time for the business crowd. I saw more than a few well dressed business hotties mixed in the crowd. Saw one in a pair of louboutins and patterned stockings with a very short skirt (short enough that her jacket covered most of it). That was some eye candy!

I have never understood the concept of eye candy. So north american. You look at them and then go home and masturbate? Is that what it is?
You don't enjoy looking at attractive women? What is not to like? I hear Earl's downtown is good.

We aren't talking about going to a peeler joint, which I agree is kinda dumb

I agree the servers at Moxies are hot...but try having coffee at downtown early morning (except winter)...it doesn't compare to the ladies that walk by strutting their stuff.
