We dont give them guidelines that they can follow because we are not their employer.. These ladies are all individuals, we cannot and do not police their behaviour per say.. We do however make it clear to them the consequences of their actions will affect their business..

That's like saying if a restaurant has crappy service, then it's ok for us too.

I would understand this happening when going to see a lady that is indy, but when I go see a woman from an agency I expect a level of professionalism, Shouldn't the agency have certain guidelines that the women must follow? Or do they just hire anybody off the streets?

I know where you are coming from saying that
But sometimes , as much as we try to guide them , give them trick , theirs always some slip off ....
If the girl decided to party the day before .... we not always aware of what happen once her shift is done
Or if she had a fight with her BF ... Or get her period last min ( thats just examples ... )

You gotta remember that they are '' employees '' and Human
And these employess dont have a MASTER in prostitiution .. lol
Some are new , some are less reliable ... And sometimes you gotta give it a try , to find out how they work !
If a girl been working for over 6 months .. then no excuses ... But if she brand new and only 18 ... well those are the risk


Its a very touchy subject .... and from one day to another a girl can act different n suprise us all !!!

Ice that isnt what I am talking about.. There are always a few guys that start to pile up on us when there is an issue with a lady someone has seen. This thread is a good example of someone using common sense, here`s why.. The person who started this thread had a poor experience with a girl who we book for. He didnt attack the agency, he didnt stop using our agency.. He saw it for what it was, a bad experience with an individual lady. He did say he has seen quite a few ladies with us and had been very happy. In fact, a week later he wrote a review on Sinn.. https://terb.cc/vbulletin/showthread.php?277514-A-review-of-Sinn for which there was nothing but good things said about her and our professionalism.

Thats common sense. If a girl has a pattern of bad service issues.. avoid her.. try someone else.. We represent so many people, with so many different personalities. You cant generalize and say avoid us, or any other agency if you have an issue with a lady.

Something I really want to clarify right now as well, we run things differently that other "agencies".. The ladies that work with us have hired us on to do the admin for them, they are Indies that have a secretary (us).. So they are not Employees.. I know its a hard concept to grasp as this hasnt been the norm in the industry.. But its how we roll. Its the ladies remain in control, rather than having someone exercise direction and control over them.

We can however give advice, and bring things to their attention.. Which we have done, and will continue to do.. This has shown to be an effective way to keep everyone happy
