Here's the thing I've noticed about pizza toppings and pizza in general over the years.

Everyone gets all creative with their toppings - goat's cheese, sun dried tomatos, artichoke hearts, blah blah blah. They have a party, maybe they make 5 different kinds of pizzas with all the exotic toppings and one with pepperoni and mushrooms.

Guess which one everybody zooms in on?

That's right - the kind we had when we were kids growing up and Mondays was 2 for 1 at Mother's Pizza. Pepperoni, Mushrooms and bacon.

Oh, they might try one slice with the exotic toppings - just because their NDP little hearts tell them they should more hip and more urban, but the second slice will be the pepperoni.

Pepperoni , onion, mushroom, olives, bacon on a thin crust . occasionally ,when the mood hits.... sprinkle some garlic powder on it...

I buy frozen thin crust veggie then load it with spinach

BOIL SPINACH FIRST FOR ONE MINUTE , DRAIN THEN APPLY TO PIZZA THEN COOK pizza
