Pink Sugar: Tried phoning today with my cell and the phone just rang and rang. Then a recording said basically try a phone booth. Did this and got an answer right away. Unfortunately, they were booking for the next day. This was around 4pm.
ASA: Was hoping for an hour app't around 4:30pm. Only time was 5pm, but I couldn't stay an hour. Called later for the half, but the earliest was 5:45pm. Oh well, will try again next time.

Just goes to show that they are busy and busy must mean that the ladies there are good and in demand. Good things come to those who wait. Think of it as trying to get a reservation at your favourite restaurant. If it was't good and in demand it would be easy to just waltz in and get a table.
I also had problems with PS.
My first time calling PS. Called around noon time. My call was picked up immediately. I wanna book Jersey but shes already all booked up (finishes at 4 pm). Tried to book Josie later in the evening but was told to call back at around 4 pm, cuz she had to travel into KW to work her shift ("I don't want to disappoint you if she cannot make it in", said the phone girl).
OK, called again at 4 pm, no answer got the recording to leave msg. Called about 15 min later still got recording - left msg to call me back. Called once more about 5 pm (Josie starts at 7 pm, wanna book her as quickly as I can) - no ringing, call diverted to voicemail recording immediately.
WTF???? That means my call got the runaround?
Remember I did talk to someone earlier and was told to call back later to confirm.
Never had such treatment from any TOR agencies. Thought I give KW a try to save a few bucks, no fukking way I call them again

Good. More options for the local boys. PS is a bit like a "co-op" I think. ASA has always run like a well-lubed machine. It's what happens when an agency is operated by a hobbiest...

When your profession contains the title "SERVICE" a customer should expect just that.
Owners and operaters need to understand the importance of service outside the bedroom as well as ensuring that the whole experience is a positive one. Lack of attention to these details is never a good sign.

Several years back I was in the KW scene for about two years and the only really nice and consistent SP was Victoria (pity she retired). Agencies were sketchy I should have known from experience.
I have not used PS or seen any of their girls b4. I don`t see the relevance of my experience to that thread.
