Speaking of marketing 101, typically one does not "launch" until operational. Beforehand, there is usually a shake out time when a select set of patrons are asked to view and comment in order to have things in good order for said launch.

{OT alert} Speaking of Canadian politeness, ever see Michael Moore's early film, "Canadian Bacon"? In one scene the U.S. Alpha Force is invading Canada and they're on their grass skis knocking over people on the lawn in front of the CN Tower. The Canadians being knocked over say "sorry". MM's always been a fan of Canada (this is not about MM's politics, let's not go that far off-topic).
