An Azerbaijani airliner carrying 67 people crashed near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan on Wednesday, killing at least 38 who were on board, according to a Kazakh official.
"Russia’s aviation watchdog said in a statement that preliminary information suggested the pilot had decided to make an emergency landing after a bird strike.
Officials did not immediately explain why the plane had crossed the sea, but the crash came shortly after drone strikes hit southern Russia. Drone activity has shut airports in the area in the past and the nearest Russian airport on the plane’s flight path was closed on Wednesday morning."
Imagine how horrifying it must have been to be a passenger on that plane.
I've met this guy in person and watch every video on his channel. He is a highly experienced senior airline captain, former military pilot, fire bomber and general aviation pilot. He knows what he is talking about.

Time has already proven the scumbag Russians will shoot down civilian airliners.
And while I am seldom one to pre-judge the cause of an aircraft crash, there is plainly visible shrapnel damage to the tail section of the aircraft. The tail section controls the vertical attitude of the aircraft. And the pilot's flightpath and altitude deviations clearly show he was using engine power to control the attitude of the aircraft. Just like Captain Haines did to crash land United Airlines' DC-10 in Iowa.
