I completely agree , the Playmate is probably the best club currently, always willing to try other places but ... well sometimes it's disheartening to walk into the BS other clubs allow.

Not really sure what to make of the Pigale thread. I don't go to SC very be often, 2 maybe 3 times a year max. Almost always in the summers; always during a weekday. I bring lots of cash, and have always had a great time.
But reading the thread, you would think the club is horrid. I start browsing here a couple weeks before I go. Usually the comments make it sound horrible. I go anyways, and always have a great time.
Last year was extreme. Went at the beginning of the summer. Go back and read the comments in this thread, they made the club sound heinous. Upcharging, rampant miscounting, terrible low mileage, watered down drinks, etc. I went anyways and had the best time I ever had at a SC. Incredible time, girl after girl approaching, ultra-high mileage.
I guess my question is am I just getting lucky and accidentally hitting good days; or is everyone just venting on this thread and we're just hearing the bad stuff?

I've always had decent time. Sometimes it's been slow on Thursday nights but the girls are nice and respect when you say you're good. Wait staff for the most part is fine. I don't have a lot of experience with girls charging extra. I go for 1-2 dances and if I like the way things are going I book them for an hour. You can usually get a deal as they'd rather be making constant money then going back up and down with cheap guys who want 1-2 dances. As for going during the day I have no idea I work during the day. - As for the other TERBers.. this is the most negative thread I've scene on the board over and over. Some of it is grumpy old white guy sh*t and other stuff is legit. I imagine some of these guys come in there with a scowl on their faces and the girls don't want to approach them or know better from past experiences. If course legitimately there is times when a girl isn't interested in walking around.. I certainly wouldn't want to.
Been a while, I stopped at the club today around 2.30pm.

Lots of girls and guys milling around, CR trips were aplenty. Looks like things are picking up, the girls are making money, customers are happy, what more can a dude ask for? I really enjoyed Alex on the stage, she knows how to strut her stuff to reggaeton, which I like!

Anyone been to Pigale for some daytime dances? Would love to hear what days are best weekdays, at opening? mid afternoon/late afternoon?, and recommendations for daytime dances welcome! 
Depends on the day and the girl. On slower days you can negotiate quite easily especially if they have no regulars there. If it's a banging Friday night and there is a ton of people not so much. $300 maybe. Also depends on the mileage you expect to get.

I have not visited this club for 6 or 7 years after hearing management changes. Do they still have free lunch buffet during lunch hours on weekdays or are those days long gone???

Lunch: 12-2, was a bit sad, stew, salad and bread (free with $5 drink) but I left
Dinner: 5-7, was One drink One plate policy of 4 wings and fries - decently tasty & crispy
- No cover fee to enter durin day time even at 6pm however chef pressures and threatens you to tip - even after first tip he twists your hand for more tips - I had to get manager to get the food.
- Super dead between 6-10pm - few girls - only 1 girl actually working - no stage shows - chef hustles more than girls.
Night it’s $7 for week and $9 for the weekend
Stage dance: 10:15pm - 14ish girls - a good handful great fit spinners and hour glass figure with beautiful faces.. for my preference id rate them high caliber than NuDen girls tbh.
+1 Cali, Killer stage dance - great spinner body - good looking face - piercing on face - took her CR dances - Naughty open minded

I haven't been to a strip bar in months and first time here in weeks but my read is that everywhere is horribly quiet. Anyone can explain what has happened to strip bars they they have turned so dead every day and night compare to 16 or even 10 years ago? Are people not interested in nude females anymore ? Because the economy is much better than 90's and early part of century so it is not flack of money but lack of interest. But why??
I think it's the R&T availability. even before Covid attendance was declineing but the shutdown did something dramatic to the path they were on, and in someways they have to start all over.
It seems like guys would like a full house of guys as one of the requirements when saying it was so dead? why is that?
I am not referring to the cascading effect with no guys = little to no girls. However it seem like guys would rather have other guys fill the seats instead of having 1 guy : 10 girls ratio?

You are right with respect to girls being the most important factor but not the sole factor because when there are few patrons then there will be long breaks between stage dances as well with few customers there will be fewer girls available as some would leave because they don't make money, also the party like environment will be lost when there are few people in the bar and the remaining ladies are not in good mood and no stage dances. The most important long term effect is that the quality of girls would go down too. As the younger and prettier dancers come and don't make money then they would find alternative jobs other than dancing as source of income and what remains are older and less attractive ones.
I replaced strip bars with dance bars. The quality of dance bars in Ottawa has gone down too and some are empty even on Saturday nights. Some in Bywood market have closed down because of lack of customer. All those bars on Portage have closed for over a decade. Somehow people are less interested in partying.

There does seem to be a general decline over the last several years in the number of "prettier and younger" dancers (even in the numbers of prettier and well-built but not so young dancers) in the local clubs. I really do not like to sound in any way disrespectful, but it seems that there are fewer and fewer of the 'classic' or conventionally pretty and well built (and this description encompasses a fair amount of variation in my estimation - there are different types preferred by different patrons) girls in the clubs. At the club I typically go to (afternoons), I'd guess that, at most, about 1/2 the dancers are conventionally "attractive", but not all of these ladies are going to align with individual preferences, so the number of 'classic' types that will appeal to any given patron may turn out to be rather small.
Of course, I may be overestimating or overemphasizing the 'visual beauty' dimension of this - some patrons may be less interested in beauty and more concerned with other aspects of the experience.
From what I have heard, Pigale's is still the place where one would expect to find more of the "conventionally pretty and well built" women. (But I haven't been to Pigale's in decades).
As for myself, the beauty is a major reason I come to clubs. But the beauty itself comes in many forms!
I'm most interested in friendly laid back dancers and beauty is important but that also included tattoos and shaved head, blond bombshell, b-cup brunettes, age not important (though dont like em too young), all kinds of beauty.
Saturday 11:30pm was full house, hottest girl in the room was Vanessa, once she did her stage dance she was booked solid.
