Of course Trump wouldn't take issue with a right wing PM.
The US has regressed under Trump and Trudeau wouldn't play ball. So he dislikes him.
But when a foreign leader insults your country and makes statements challenging your sovereignty the right and left should stand together even if it is optics only.
That is not what we saw.
Only the left stood against it while the right was divided with a section even entertaining the thought.
