I am looking for a good program that allows me to do minor pic editing...red eye...crop... colour changes blur eyes(without chopping head or bars) and other minor stuff. I prefer download it tonight as I have alot of new pics. But have no clue where to start! thanks in advance guys and gals!

I use Photoshop at work... fabulous software. There is a "light" version available called "Elements" which you can download here:

GraphicConverter is free, will open almost any picture format, provides all you've asked for and much more. Has lots of browsing, slideshow and catalog-making features as well and a bulk-processing capability that's a real timesaver. An excellent basic image processor for getting your files in order before you start doing the heavy work. It's shareware, free if you'll wait a bit while it opens, $40US to buy, and constantly being updated and improved.
My PC friends still don't seem to have anything similar to compare. Hope you're on a Mac.
