Pick Up Artist Tricks That Actually Work

There's another thread going about cheap dates - I think I might be hijacking it with pick up artist ideas - so I'm starting a new thread...

Anyone out there read some good pick up artist books or done the courses? Anyone come away with tips that they feel actually work? Anyone recommend any particular book or guru they like?

My favorite was Tom Torero - british bloke who started as a useless gangly school teacher and became one of the UKs top PUA's

Heres a trick that I like. When you get a number or a date and seem to hit it off dont wait 3 days to call her back. Chances are if you click she might be ovulating and if you wait 3 days her cycle will move on potentially into PMS. Capitalise on the mood and call/text straight away.

I've never done tricks/games, but hey whatever floats your boat. The whole call him/her back after 2 or 3 days or whatever is dumb af. I can't believe some men and women are into that thing YMMV. And I don't waste funds on any "gurus" lol.

You want an easy fuck then fake that you're rich if you're average looking or less and go to some clubs or bars. Buy a fake Rolex and stuff and have fun luring those types of people who just wanna be around you cause of your class. The smart ones tend not to move as fast and will ask questions. There's tons of gullible people out there, but hey if it works it works. Folks still pay for holy water and snake oils and what not. And with the rise of AI just get someone to Google a bunch of pics online of celebs together and insert your pic so it looks like you know them and put the pics on your phone. A lot of people bend over backwards seeing your pic next to a few A listers.

Otherwise if you know how to dance and most ladies dig dancing then dance with randoms at clubs or whatever and buy them a few drinks. There's cougars out there who are perfectly fine with that and doing like one night stands. It's usually the party types who tend to be gullible and/or ditsy. But there's tons of people out there (they aren't gullible or anything) not looking for anything serious of course who are fine with sleeping around.

But I think I understand what women want so I dress nice, be polite, be friendly, laugh and

I was an aspiring pickup artist (emphasis on aspiring lol) two decades ago and read a lot of different materials; different schools of thoughts; etc....mind you, this was before the MeToo movement... There was a lot of great information out there and still is if you know what you're looking for, but no amount of information will replace the fundamental ingredients of being able to pick up women. You need to have a pretty thick skin, be comfortable with yourself and be able to talk about anything in an interesting way. The only way you can learn the game is by doing it and that means a lot of rejection unless you're naturally gifted or extremely attractive... Most guys don't have the thick skin to deal with the rejection that comes with getting good at picking up women.

The one technique I remember was the cocky and funny technique whereby you gently bust the girls'balls... But you have to be funny or else they're going to feel insulted...it's a fine line...

Of course, sometimes it's as simple as saying "Hi" and I think much depends on whether the girl is into you... Then the interaction flows very smoothly... But if you're trying to do a cold approach on a hostile target lol, well... That's when real expertise makes a difference...

I agree - KISS - keep it simple stupid. 'Hi' is the universal safe greeting to starting a conversation with any woman independent of how hot she is. I suggest having a follow up non-personal question .... I'm new here - can you recommend .... ? If you are friendly - it will not take long to get a read on her interest.

Now that you are have her interest - I find talking about my Star Wars doll collection and my cool room in my parents house makes them putty in my hands.
