C'mon, Fred. No reason to gloat. The man lost, and it came as a big bloody shock to him. It's done and done. Leave it be.
A, this shows the man inside and out when the lights and cameras aren't on him, but still in the public eye and he's really different. Will the real Romney please stand up. his arguments after the election and these of his supporters give insight what they are really like as well. As much as I dislike Shrub when his part lost to Obama, he just stayed on the ranch and played cowboy.C'mon, Fred. No reason to gloat. The man lost, and it came as a big bloody shock to him. He pushed it too far.Woody's banned? What happened there?
We already discussed his accomplishments. There are also people who have had similar success and aren't subject to negative press. If he hadn't said the things he did on the way up, maybe some would be more lenient on him. He may have run a successful large business ( not uniques in the business world), although his claims of 'his' role in the successes are in question on some. He may have lead the recovery of the Olympics, he personally didn't save them, as claimed. He may have been in charge of a state when it did well, but was it in spite of and not because of his being in charge, I'll let others discuss that one, but he says 'he' did it. These are the things many people remember from his journey to the fringes of Capital Hill and are reminding others now as he fades into wherever.Absolutely hilarious the derogatory remarks toward a man that has accomplished far more and experienced more success than every nitwit posting on this board combined.

I liked George. He struck me as a kind of guy you could go to a ballgame with, have a couple beers and a hotdog or two. His qualifications to be President I'm less sure. He was a good old boy. Romney is a fraud. Thank god the country saw through his act.A, this shows the man inside and out when the lights and cameras aren't on him, but still in the public eye and he's really different. Don't forget a little nose candy, and the drunk driving. Would have been great to party with him in the 70'sI liked George.
