It's unfortunate that instead of being defensive about the comments, PK took it as constructive criticism and used it to apply some changes to improve things. I've had the same situation on multiple occasions and as a result have taken my money elsewhere. No worries, there are many other spots to chose from. I will say that when it comes to PK you are dead wrong. We care about both ends of things. And both Clients. See our view is that Both the ladies that work with us are clients, and the person calling on the phones are clients. Without the ladies, nobody will call. So from an overall business point of view we have the protect the ladies interests. At the same time if there are issues with the ladies that we represent, then we deal with it. If there are issues with the client that calls, we deal with it.

I know alot of guys think that dealing with Indies means things are more personal ect.. But coming from an insiders view, and we are privy to more than many.. Alot of the so called Indies are working with or for someone and posing as such.

Of course there are legitimate Indies, there are no doubts about that.. but alot of the "new to town" escorts strolling into town from Toronto and Montreal often are accompanied by a BF.

This isn't news for seasoned vets of the poontang clan of TERB, but for newbies it's simply a heads up.

At least with us, it's upfront that we are an agency and things are (for the most part) organized.

I thought you were being witty and sarcastic when reading the start of your post, and that you were being clever in actually giving PK credit for acting on and improving based on client feedback. But your last sentence or two confuse me as it's clear I was mistaken, and you're actually slagging them. I've never used PK before (strictly Indy so far) but, based on their roster, reviews of their girls and the stated effort to correct a deficiency as seen in this thread, I will be giving them a try next time I'm in Ottawa.

Thank you for permitting me to have an opinion after having my own dealings with PKE. I have never been anything other than polite when previously contacting PKE, only to be treated rudely on the majority of the calls.

I recommend that we all review the OP to see the issue being discussed here, which is the lack of professionalism being displayed by the individual on the phone at times. I'll refrain from mentioning this person by name, as I've only known them as a female on the other end of the phone.

Your view that "Both the ladies that work with us are clients, and the person calling on the phones are clients" neither shows that the first contact one has in any way with your business is the person on the phone. She's representing both your business and each lady for whom she is receiving a booking request. Starting things off negatively benefits no one. I ONLY refer to respectful and polite callers here. I am sure you receive a certain number of negative callers each day.

So called indies posing as such is common knowledge to many. I have been a member of TERB for a long time, plus remember sir this is a review board, not like the other well known RECOMMENDATION board. And I definitely differ with your comment "it's upfront that we are an agency"....you should review ALL the ads you post each day.

Actually, if you go to any outstanding brothel in the Fatherland you will find the Frauline at the front desk even more abrupt and efficient. Most of them seem like leftover Stasi officials. The part I am NOT understanding is why we are still talking about it. Lisa came forward and discussed it openly and has obviously made some changes as several of you have noticed. Now out of the blue someone on their first post decided to revive this thread. Not sure the motivation behind it, but all of that said anyone who has read the entire thread has noticed the posts have been rather positive as of late. And that's really all I can say.
