Needless to say i put my coat back on, asked for my 60.00 back and left. She told me that she did not make the prices and was upset that i left. When are these places going to learn, as you all know for 120.00 you can spend an HOUR with an escort and leave a lot happier!! I have gone to phoenix several times over the years and have never paid this much. I guess that was my last visit to this place!!

The only places that you're going to get a topless and release is at some of the Asian MP's. $60 at Phoenix gets you exactly what you paid for... a 30 minute topless massage. The happy ending costs extra. I'm sure she would have accepted a $40 tip to finish the task at hand.
I'm not disagreeing with your decision. Trust me... I've been to Phoenix 50-60 times over the years and know full well what a rip off is. I don't want to get technical here.. but if she insisted on $60... she was probably assuming you wanted to touch her and therefore the additional $20. In order words... she wanted $120 for a NR. Many spas state that a topless is just that and you can't touch without an additional tip.
My last six visits (within the past six months) and I've never paid more than $120 for a NR/BS including tip... except on one occassion where one girl took me to the cleaners. I gave in because I thought I would be receiving a little in the service department and all I ended up getting was a NR/BS.
