For the record I posted this because a) he died way too young-45 years old and b) he was a talented rapper and part of one of the best groups in hip hop history. Also one of my favourite emcees who I thought was extremely underrated. If you feel the need to post in here trashing the music or the man then that is your prerogative. But I liked the video you posted well enough. I've always liked music featuring a solid beat, rhyming, and clever word play. So long as it has that, I don't care what genre (rock, new wave, punk, rap, hip hop, etc) it is.

Was listening to #backspin yesterday they had a couple DJ's devoting a full hour to Phife Dawg tributes. Mister Cee (Big Daddy Kane's DJ) was one. The other was a guy named DJ Bee who I'm going to look up on twitter because his mixing of the verses was on point. I want to order a copy of the show it was seriously that dope.
