I don't want to go into a lot of detail but any advice? What can I expect? I called a well-known firm and they referred me to another firm who wants me to sign right away and will only do a zoom meeting. Any info at all would be appreciated.

Thank goodness I never needed one but I notice Diamond and Diamond advertise a lot. Anybody have experience with them?
Just make sure you avoid any firm called Dewey, Cheetum and Howe
Lots of issues with the Law Society. It's almost more of a marketing firm than a law firm.
Howe is gone. It's now Dewey, Cheetum and Steele
Basically a referral-for-a-price firm that other firms pay to get clients sent them.

What is wrong with this if other firms are willing to pay and diamond is too busy I assume?
A friend works there. A real tough dirty fighter. The kind of guy you want if you need this sort of help and the insurance guys are screwing you around.
It wasn't that Diamond was "too busy" it's more like they only referred potential clients to other lawyers and didn't do the work themselves even if they portrayed otherwise.
