I've spent a long time in Vancouver pretty recently, and although you probably know this already, the selection and service in Ottawa is pretty bare... for half the price in Vancouver, you get a much better experience.

Haven't tried Monique myself yet personally, but she's probably the undisputed number 1 in town.

Personally, of the women I've been with, Aurora is tops, but be warned that YMMV with this girl. If you're unattractive, you won't have fun. Not that that's right or wrong of her, but it's the way she is.
