Perb not working?

Sorry if it's not the appropriate place to post, didn't know where I could ask about this, but does anyone know what's going on with perb?

Went off last night, been on and off since.

My phone blanks out the address if I type in perb dot cc.

Getting the same - cloudflare says:

The initial connection between Cloudflare's network and the origin web server timed out. As a result, the web page can not be displayed. 522 error
