People stopped TOFTT?

Going through Ottawa posts and barely I can see one new TOFFT every week or two!
A ton of new SP on LL and almost zero new TOFFT except from adding to older ones!
Did the people stopped TOFFT or they are not interested to post, or maybe keep the good stuff for themselves!
Comparing to other regions, they are more active.
Just my observation during the last two weeks

Ottawa has always been bad for this but I think with the rising number of fakes it makes it worse. It is only a guess but I think if someone takes the risk and does TOFTT and finds a gem them don't want others to know about it. This could be cause once a girl get established rates will normally go up and availability goes down due to them being busy. I used to TOFTT all the time but back then it was $100-$120hh and those days are long gone. If I was out $100 it didn't really bother me much so I was riskier.

If you TOFTT and it is a scam or a bad time not reporting it could be due to feeling ashamed they got taken.

I think if we all share our experiences good or bad then we can help each other avoid the scammers / fakes and we should have a good list of girls to pick from so not everyone is trying to see the same girls. Look at Toronto section or MTL on merb.cc they seem to share a lot more than Ottawa ever has and they don't have issues with it.

Not everyone is that way and we do have some great members that will TOFTT and report back but I would say most don't and I have always wished this was different but that is the game we are in lol

I'm cautious about TOFTT. Of course for the possible loss of money or poor quality of services but sometimes for having to leave if the visit might be too sketchy. This hasn't happened often (having to "Exit, stage left") and I've been quite lucky.

I rely on the reviews of fellow Terbites to weed through the real VS fakes ads but I also like to have repeat visits with reputable MAs/SPs with whom I've had enjoyable visits. I find it's a wiser use of my pension revenues

I don't TOFTT! I confirm what had been said in reviews.
Let say that I'm the Quality Control Guy

I see :
- Reviewed providers;
- Established providers, who have a strong presence on the industry's social medias;
- girls at spas, which reduce the risk of being rob or scam;
- girls that I know they used to be working at spas and now are Indies.

I manage very well my hobby life with these 4 groups. I also prefer to repeat with the ones that I had fun with.

I have no trill to see a random new girl, out of Leolist, just for the fun to find a new gem.
I also have not desire that my hobby activities being discover professionally, so I'm very careful of everywhere I go.

So no TOFTT for me

Here’s my take:
for those who’ve been hobbying for a while and who’ve seen many of Ottawa’s providers, or those who enjoy the thrill of finding for hidden gems, TOFTT becomes the next phase in their hobbling journey. However for myself, I’m still relatively new to hobbying and can’t risk experiencing some of the bad experiences shared in this forum (ie. being robbed, violence, etc.). It’s not about the money, instead safety.
Therefore, I try to stick to well reviewed providers, and try to pay back to the community by sharing my experiences to keep the reviews current.
That said, I admire those who do TOFTT and they’re pathfinders for the rest of us, assuming they’re willing to share their experiences.

In the last two years there's been so many fake review accounts (mainly on Asian agencies) that makes posting reviews a lot less useful that it used to be.

So far I've only done one TOFTT and added the 2nd reviews to a couple of older posts.

Because I have other responsibilities in my life, I have a pretty low risk tolerance for things going wrong.

So I'm also deeply grateful for those that TOFTT!

I think higher prices and increase of fake / scam ads, particularly after Covid time, are part of the reasons TOFTT are becoming rare.
Also, veteran hobbyists can identify fairly easy fake ads on LL, and the amount of potentially new providers in Ottawa is very low (may 2 or 3 per month?), which reduce the potential of TOFTT as well.
Toronto section and merb are a reflection of the size of the cities as discussed in countless threads before: more people, more options, more clients.
I'm risk averse, so also keep my visits to either well reviewed ladies or with solid online presence. My "TOFTT" has been on Indy ladies that haven't been reviewed in a while (like Rhina) or spa ones with little to no reviews (like Shannen). You know they're real at least, just a matter of finding out their services details and maybe looks. Zero scam risks.
I think the AMPs frequent flyers are our best TOFTT, since they're constantly updating the Asian thread. Thank you for your service boys! 🫡
