The fix was in from the start. I bet she was told not to appeal, and to try to appear contrite and repentent as she would only have to serve a few days if she acted like a good girl. Daddy got her out.

Between the appeals and a possible presidential pardon that story is far from over and he is far from doing 30 months, but you already know that.

Always love the lawyers being the apologists and the excuse makers for a system that is totally fucked-up, rather than speaking the truth and taking steps to fix the legal system.
