I'm spending the next couple of weeks in Paris and London. Just wondering if anyone has tips to share. I'm open to incall, outcall, MPs, strippers...anything fun!

I would stay away from Paris as the scene has gone downhill of late and focus more on London. I've attach my London guide above as many of the Punter links are still valid and you can access reviews.
For London (don't know Paris) you can search www.adultwork.com I believe to narrow down available ladies, with menus....but check the reviews on punternet as suggested above...the reviews from the adultwork site...well...the clients get reviewed too so they are motivated to say good things. But you can plug in what you want (both by looks AND by menu) and get a listing of professional ladies.
While photos are "touched-up" generally the girls are accurate. If "outcall" even though rate is posted, they have asked for an extra $25pds for taxi fare so budget accordingly. "incall" pricing is accurate.
I would have to say similar to any large metropolitan city you get variety. London is much bigger than Toronto so while you are going to have similarities the selection really can't be beat. The quality and service depends on the provider but the agencies compete against each other just like here for your $$$ but don't forget than many still provide a b&s and if they can they will rip you off.
In my experience I find that the mileage is higher and many of the SPs offer A-level or Anal services than here in Toronto but it can get pricey.
